Established in Singapore in 2022, theecohelpsg is all about raising awareness of eco-friendliness and mental wellness. We face the dangerous effects of climate change and see how poor mental health leads to many problems in society. It is indeed, extremely important to pay attention to our external and internal world, something our brand aims to convey to you. We create cute products that will inspire you to engage in eco-friendliness and remind you to take care of your mental health. All of which are made with love <3

Meet Tammy
Founder
Tammy is a true blue Singaporean girl next door. But looks can be deceiving. She was empowered to create Theecohelpsg due to what was happening in society, on top of her personal lived experiences, One of which was the River Valley High School axe murder case in 2021, The case revolved around a troubled 16-year-old teen who murdered a fellow schoolmate on school premises, shining a spotlight on youth mental health. Personally, Tammy also had her fair share of mental health struggles. She suffered from bad anxiety and panic attacks due to bullying in school. All of these instilled the strong beliefs in Tammy that mental health is extremely important and overlooked in Singapore.
Tammy is also extremely passionate about encouraging environmentally friendly behaviours, especially among youths. Climate change and eccentric weather have become mainstays today but these phenomena were something that Tammy observed keenly.
Combining both her passion for mental health and environmental friendliness, Tammy has come up with a two-pronged approach by creating products for the inside-out - internal mental health and external environment. All of which are always, and she means always, made with love <3
